Our Focus Tudor Ventures invests in rapidly growing companies in the technology arena providing capital for expansion, acquisition and founder liquidity. We seek to invest $7 to $20 million in each of our portfolio companies and most often act as a lead investor. Tudor Ventures also has the ability to leverage the Tudor infrastructure and participate in larger transactions. Our Role Tudor Ventures seeks an active role as an investor, providing strategic guidance, assistance with financing and acquisition opportunities, corporate governance advice, and relevant industry experience and connections. We seek to be value-added, but not intrusive investors, recognizing that partnering with a solid, experienced management team is the best investment decision we can make. The value of Tudor Ventures extends beyond our direct participation. We leverage the relationships, industry knowledge, and Wall Street influence of the entire Tudor Investment Corp. network to help companies bring products and services to market and realize substantial value creation. |
