Jon joined Tudor Ventures in August 2001. Before joining Tudor, Jon spent four years at Hambrecht & Quist, now JP Morgan, a technology-focused investment bank. At JP Morgan, Jon executed public and private equity transactions for a broad range of Internet, software, and communications companies. Prior to JP Morgan, Jon worked in business development at a high technology start-up and was a management consultant with Bain & Company.

Jon is actively involved in Tudor's investments in Neocera, Switch and Data, GAIN Capital, Linux Networx, Global Cash Access, Vurv, and Turin Networks. Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors of Linux Networx and Turin Networks.

Jon graduated from Duke University with a degree in electrical engineering and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
